There are reports Carl Crawford was placed on the Waiver Wire today. I highly doubt they are giving up on Crawford already. Is he going be JD Drew all over again? I don't think so. I have a feeling he is going to help out the Sox tremendously in the postseason. Are the Sox trying to cut ties with Crawford to get ready to make a big offer to Jacoby Ellsbury?
